We do not directly collect or store payment card information on our website or servers. Payments for subscription plans are processed through Stripe, and tips or donations may be sent via PayPal or cryptocurrency — all handled entirely by those external platforms under their own privacy policies. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Schedule and confirm your appointment
  • Send you a calendar invite for your appointment
  • Contact you if we need to reschedule or follow up on your appointment

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your appointment.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your booking information is stored in a private database on our web server. This data is not publicly accessible and is only viewable by Dex Tech staff.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Calendar — sends you a calendar invite when your appointment is confirmed, and a cancellation notice if your appointment is cancelled. Your name and email are transmitted to Google solely for this purpose. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Stripe — processes subscription plan payments. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • PayPal — used for optional tips and donations. Transactions are handled entirely by PayPal. See PayPal's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to 2 years for business record-keeping purposes. If you would like your information removed sooner, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

  • Request a copy of the information we have on file for you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
