1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using any service provided by Dex Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dex Tech provides in-home and on-site technology services including but not limited to: tech support, PC builds and tune-ups, network setup, home automation, virus removal, and training. The specific scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of your appointment.

3. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments are requested through our online booking system and are subject to availability.
  • A booking confirmation via SMS constitutes confirmation of your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
  • Please be available at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (845) 596-1708.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Service rates are listed on our website and are subject to change. The rate in effect at the time of your booking applies.
  • Additional time or parts required beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before any service is performed. Dex Tech is not responsible for data loss that occurs during or after service.
  • You represent that you own or have authorization to have work performed on any device or system brought to our attention.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking and communicating with us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dex Tech will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hardware failures, or software issues unrelated to our work.

7. SMS Communications

By consenting to SMS during booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Dex Tech. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Dex Tech and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
